★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst seating arrangements. The seats are actually on the floor. Please DO NOT book seats if the only option is between the last 4 seats. They are literallly above the tyres and you would feel each and every jerk of the raod.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with sangitam travel.. Today.. I have booked seat with Rs 1200.When bus reach near Pick up point Driver want extra money.... For luggage 300 rupees... Vehicle no. MH19CY 6661.Pune to Jalgaon.. I will never book ticket for any where in future with sangitam travel ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First thing I faced while booking on "Red Bus" there's no route map given while we are booking the seats, I've booked a travels from jalgaon to Pune and the general route is Jalgaon- Aurangabad- Pune but they changed it and made it via 'Sangamner'. And on the spot before 4 hours of my journey they changed the "pick-up" Point, I've had so much of trouble to get there with heavy luggage. That was very very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had travelled from Pachora to Pune
Service in terms of time duration to reach the destination is perfect
But sleeper bedsheets were very untidy they had dust over it as if it has been never washed
Carry your own bedsheet and blanket if traveling by sangitam travels.
Also never book the last seat, it has an extra AC vent which cannot be closed, you will die out of cold temperature on last sleeper

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our own seats in the travels from Mumbai to bhusawal.. but early morning around 5 they made us change our bus .. the later bus was the worst ... Taking all the local passengers for 50 and 100 rupees. Horrible service.. and the man who was taking the seats kept arguing.. the worst experience ever..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have seen lot of Sangitam buses at the rest stop near Malegaon.
Each & every bus is well maintained, except the one which runs on Dharangaon to Pune ( via Amalaner ) I’ve travelled on MH19CY1222 on 14th March 2022.
I think Sangitam has taken for granted & run worst buses with worst staff on this route.( via Amalner )
Bus with poor condition, poor AC, poor seats, AC noise , Broken AC vents.
I would like to highlight, Driver refused me to drop off at Ashok Layland ( in between Navle Bride & Katraj ) with saying that, It’s not in Sangitam’s policy to stop at any other point…!
My question is - it is fine for driver to stop at anywhere anytime during journey to pick up the extra cabin seat, negotiate with them for 10-15 mints.
Because it is extra profit for them.!!!!!!
And no value for the customers who has paid extra for primo service.!!!!
It’s a customer centric / service industry & customer satisfaction should be the first priority..!
I strongly hope, Sangitam managements will look into this on a positive note.!!
Also please provide some soft skills training to drivers & cleaners on how to speak with Primo customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff (The Driver and Co-Driver) both drinks and drive so please be aware. Drivers driving is so harsh that like literally my luagge was fallen down from the seat and that cost me to 1.2L. It damaged my laptop.
"Won't recommend to anyone, please think before you travel because safety is must".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus has very rude and towny staff. They pass on lewd comments on female in Marathi. My wife had a to get off the bus due to their rude behaviour feeling unsafe to travel. Their manager, Santosh Gaiakwad never got in touch with me to listen to issue. I had to take issue to Police too to address this. Never recommend for ladies to travel alone in this.
