I have own independent house and staying here from last 6 years we have got electeicity connection in 6 years road in 3 years but some plots going on to connected with road in phase 1st and second no welfair socity every thing is manage by builder but not properly need to saperate socity to maintain every thing for resident presently this place is builder dominated .
