05Feb21: Mr. Chandrappa from Sanjana Enterprises was courteous & knowledgeable enough to give a call back & provide the necessary technical details around Thermal Image Scanning. Appreciate that.
04Feb21: I had to speak their representative more than 6 times to follow-up on scheduling a Thermal Scanning appointment. Finally another lady picks up the call & informs to only Thermal Scanning is of no use and trying to sell the Pipeline Pressure check also to be done which costs 7 times of the Thermal Scanning cost per bathroom. Highly unresponsive, lacks details & does not have the technical skills to understand the problem on hand to provide right recommendations
