★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Field man “Kiran pal” have very rude behaviour like unprofessional and uneducated and every time he was looked for fight if we told about cable issue. I didn’t saw such type of guy in my life, I had issue related to setup box I told him and then such person told me that u can throw the setup box out side
Rather than entertain my problem
Now I am decided to discontinue with BCN
Worst service
Very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service, guys better go for setlight TV ? , they listen to your problems but here no one cared about it. Pathetic service & even most of channels are cracking. Avoid this cable connection.

Third class services! No value of customers!
Most of the times the internet is not working! It will only work for 15 days in a month that too in a very low speed!
And whenever you call them for a complain .. their phone will be switched off or busy..and owner himself says...that shift to any other provider .. I can't do anything in this!
Please do not even think of buying their services!

They just wanted me too buy fiber router from them even though I don't need it and they don't receive calls when you need the most. Please don't buy network connection from them for your own good.

But never ever trust them , they greedy people take advance money from you after that you will be in loss.
They are not available to take your complaints switch off their phone and fool you very well.
Their Internet is just for name sake.
You will get No Internet for 1/2 days and they will not take your complaints keep their phones switch off or busy so that no one can reach them.
