★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Details are not being properly uploaded by the branches. Br unit 119 in particular leading to late release of credits of survival benefit amount. No interest is given for delayed credits. No one lifts the phone in the branch. Emails are not responded and things are not resolved unless taken up with customer care cell.
Returns have already come down on LIC policies. If customer service also deterriorates!!!!!!!!
