They change their terms everyday
They take advance rent and security which they never return back
They asked us to vacate the flat in b/w inspire of advanced rent
They call daily to threat
They ask for random money approx everyday and if you ask the reason they tell you to vacate
There is no truth in what they say initially not even a single thing was according what they said

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best place in Paryawaran Complex if you are looking for a flat on rent. The best thing is that they do not charge any fee to show properties like other property dealers do. They have lot of options in all range. Paper work is also done on time. Staff is also very cooperative. Worth giving it a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took two flats from the same dealer. The first flat owner didn't return the security and keep on making lie excuses like paintwash is required coz we damaged it though i have the whole video of flat when we left and second flat in which we were promised to have a parking for one car, that was a lie too. Now the worst part the Property dealer is refusing to help as he is saying that my part of duty is to just getting you the flat. So clearly they are scamming people out of commission and security and not helping at all.
Beware of these frauds.
Also make sure if you are looking for flats in this area do not go for the flats named "Sai Niwas or Sai kripa niwas" they clearly harrassing their tenants.
