★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic medical store. selling expired items during lock down situation and not accepting mistake. I would recommend go to shanti gopal hospital or apollo for better service and product.
Dont trap your self for 10% discount, life is more important

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No business ethics to run the noble business. Selling old items to the costumer and when complaining about the same they didn’t acknowledge their mistake and asked not to come to their shop. Beware of them I am going to complain in consumer forum about these crooks.

They gave me similac total comfort infant milk powder just 1 month of expire intentionally, bcoz I inquired about this product 1 week back they didn't had it that time. However, when I took the product back home I was about to make milk for my 33 days old baby I checked the taste of milk powder it was bitter.
I went back and informed shop owner the product taste has changed as it is near to expire, they replaced it, but they didn't agree about taste change and started argument stating I brought open product back intentionally after seeing near to expire date.
Complete staff and shop owner didn't get the bitter taste.
When they them selfs gave some powder to other customers in shop for tasting, they all complained its very bitter. Still the shop owner and staff was not convinced the taste of milk powder was bitter.
Our monthly expenses for medical supplies with sanjeevni medicos is approximately rs.7000 and I guess it's a very small amount for them to realise that.
People like these doesn't value customer and will never understand their mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. These people dont have manners to talk to even senior citizens. Have opened their shop just to make money. I stopped buying from them after their rude behaviour many times. There are many more chemists in nearby areas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't provide a legitimate GST bill for the medicines they provide ,
They are extremely rude to the customers ,
The medicines they provide don't have any authenticity as you won't even recieve a bill,
If you try and return the medicines they would straight away deny to take back anything sold from their own store.
The attitude of the owner is too unwelcoming ,
Better find other nearby medical stores, shanti gopal has a great Pharmacy infront of the store, better opt for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selling old and fake medicine.. not effective/reducing in illness..
They wrote 10% discount on medicine and when you buy thy on deduct decimal figures..
I bought Dolo 650mg for 30 rupees and print was Rs. 30.91 when I asked for discount then person who is always available says this medicine is not on discount and already given approx Rs 1 discount..
not good..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with most of the reviews where people complained about behavior and professionalism . This store is loosing it's customer base because of this callous attitude. Initially people were attracted to this store because of discount and all but sooner people realised their mistake and I know now people prefer shanti gopal medical store over this store .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think they are good seller till my purchase but i m wrong when i want to return one medicine of rs just 42 and they said no money will return buy anything else instead of this and lol the medicine purchase just one day before from the store.
Dont go there...poor behavior of they owner and employee
