β β β β β What to say about Dr. Jha, her first patient was her own father, with heart blockage in one ventrical, doctors recommended operation, she treated him with naturopathy for 20 days and he was up and fine, it happened around a few years back and he ia still fine. A little control is needed in Naturopathy but its really awesome because you don't medicines in long run. Supplements are sometimes required if you lack some nutrients, or according to food habits, but medicines are restricted to serious cases, that too natural medicine has no side effects like western medicines. So in long run it guarantees healthy life.

She has expert knowledge and she is an amazing , dedicated yoga teacher, I highly recommend her as a yoga instructor.
