We have paid one time maintainace in lumps. This is mentioned in registry also along with types of ther services would be provided.
A corpus of this one time maintainance charges was to be created and to be invested properly.Various services are to be provide from the return on investment of that corpus.
After the formation of society, the corpus and the statement of accounts is to be handover to that society.
All these points clearly mentioned in registry, instead following the terms of registry, Builder handed over the charge of maintainance to an agency, which is demanding the maintainance charges at very very high rate. Shopowners paid in goodfaith but when they realized their fault they stopped the payment. Since then the builder is harassing the shopowners in each and every possible manner.
Neither he builder is replying any query about the corpus and return from its investment.
In all it is not a genuine builder on which one should trust and pay his hard-earned money.
