★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience.Rice in curd rice was raw and ice cold. Potatoes in dosa were raw and saltless .Idli was under cooked. Samber was cld and tasteless. Service was slow and attitude irresponsible. Worst experience ever. Will never come back.People at other tables were also complaining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food are expansive, not cheap. The staffs more aim at extracting money from customers. The menu has range of dosas which are plain in default & option of adding masala(smashed potato) with extra cost of 20. I ordered a dosa without masala as it is already cost more. But the dosa came with masala inside. I didn't suspect anything wrong as it was my first visit till the bill came.I questioned the extra 20 in the bill & got that answer that addition of masala cast extra which is mentioned at the bottom of the menu! I chose to pay the bill which is total Rs 190, by card . One of the staff brought the wiping machine to my table, took a look at the bill, entered the amount, handed over to me for the PIN. To my surprise the staff entered the token no., 560 as the amount. Pointed this to the staff & it was changed to the exact amount without any apology!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had horrible experience just 15 minutes ago. We ordered daal, diwani handi, naan and chef special pulav. After a wait of 45 minutes and two reminders the food arrived. We finished our naans while waiting for pulav which didn't show its face for next 20 minutes. Again after reminding twice or thrice, a different species of pulav came which was more like a khichdi delicacy. We had to cancel the order. When we had arrived restaurant was nearly empty so no reason for this much delay other than carelessness. Earlier this restaurant was known as Cafe 9 and service was much better. All in all, won't visit again, won't recommend this to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found an amazing and yet cheap restaurant in Connaught Place today.
The staff was well trained and the food was tasty and fulfilling.
Idli and Dosa were both crisp and not overtly oily and buttermilk was cool and tasty.
Floor managers are pretty efficient too.
Will come back here for sure!

I went to this place on 24-Feb-2019 because Saravana Bhavan had a long waiting queue.
It was 3:00 PM and main course, and almost everything was over. No medu-vada, no vada of any kind was available. We ordered 3 plates of Mini-South indian platter and one puri-bhaji. Bhaji was pathetic (and bland) and looked as if leftover.
As people like us(waiting in queue for sarvana bhavan) started coming in the fish market atmosphere started creeping in. We told the waiter that were in hurry to catch a train but it was of no use. After repeated reminder for food, the order came to our table. Tasteless and bland.
To top it all, i was served on a broken (chipped) plate. A restaurant that offers food on chipped plate yo its guests shows they do not care about its customers.
Pathetic place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is always good at Sankalp. Loves south I dian food at Sankalp. And the mputh freshner served in end the Pan is awesome. However feels need to improve in services and quality of utensils served. Some plates were cracked. Still, overall experience is good and love to go therw again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the South Indian platter and a paper dosa with masala...both were tasty but the highlight are the chutney..each one of them had a very authentic taste. Filter coffee was okay okay...we had an idea that it's a premium South Indian restaurant and yes, prices are a bit up but not that much. Liked the experience. Pans were served at the end as mouth freshner as well.
