★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place with good ambience. Staff is polite and serviceable. Menu is full of various authentic south Indian dishes. Taste is authentic and it is not too spicy. They serve paan in the end which is a very good tehzib.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has the prime location which will catch your eyes if you are travelling from Gandhinagar to Ahmedabad. Good place for south Indian food lovers. Taste was good. Service was also good. Ambience could have been done better. AC was not working well and I was sweating literally. Overall, I will recommend to visit and value for money.

The quality of their sambar and chutneys are unmatched.
Tried their Rasam wada for the first time and it was superb.
Their signature corn and tomato uttapam was also spot on..
Never disappointed with any of sankalp outlet....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing and clean ambience. We ordered rasam idli and spring dosa, and both were 5/5 on taste, quality and quantity. The highlight was their different kinda chutneys. Highly recommended place for dosa lovers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A proper authentic South Indian taste!! I have tried so many south Indian cuisine outlets but Sankalp really makes a difference!! It was my first time testing their taste but the experience was so good. All the chatnis, sambhar, rasam, dosa, idli, everything was just perfect. Highly recommend this place. You must try the taste of Sankalp. I would love to go over there whenever I will have a chance to go!!
