★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great place, sankalpa serves authentic south indian cuisine. their nilgiri idlis are must try, as far as I know they do unlimited refilling of sambar and if you have sweet tooth, you must try their "kesari" which is kesar rava/ halwa.

you can have all type of South Indian dishes in its original test of South India
here it is very healthy and hygiene food served here
Saff of this restaurant is very polite and master of their business
if you want to test real South Indian dishes you must visit this place
onian tomato utpam is my favourite dish of Sankalp restaurant And also thier is hygienic

Situated on the ground floor of the Westgate Commercial Complex, 150 Ft. Ring Road, Rajkot, Sankalp is a decent speciality restaurant for South Indian cuisine.
The menu is quite elaborate with variety of mocktails, starters, idlys, wadas, chutneys, rice, sambhars, desserts, ice-creams etc. Sankalp is one of very few places in Rajkot where one can get genuine filter coffee.
The food quality is good and taste is quite authentic. The prices are reasonable value for money.
The service is fast and efficient and the staffs are courteous and attentive.
It is a nice joint to have lunch or dinner with small group of friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent taste of South Indian items, specially Rice cakes(idlis) Dhosa and Uttapams. Different types of chutney are mouth watering and goes well with all food. Serving of paan at the end of meal is an unique idea.
Their 4 feet long dosa is an attraction in it's own.
