★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a very good driver ANAND SINGH for our Rajasthan trip. He is professional and took us to all the places around. He has good knowledge about everything and well explained also provided utmost service. Maintained car very well and took all the precautions by sanitizing everyday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, the short trip we ( me and my wife) undertook was mainly through IRCTC who engaged the services of M/s Shankalp for surface transport and a chauffeur driven Toyota Etios car was alloted to us for covering cities starting with Jodhpur (pick up from airport), then Jaisalmer, then Bikaner and back to Jodhpur for dropping us at the airport.The travelling part by road of about 1200 km through the terrains of Rajasthan in this 4 day trip was the highlight of the whole trip. Our middle aged, good natured and knoegable driver Mr Narendra Singh enhanced the romance of this road trip manyfold. He was a true guide for choosing the right place for local food including tea made with camel milk and what not. It's truly a memorable journey because we got such a nice companion on the highways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are happy with Sankalp tours and travels. Specially with the driver Mr. Anand Singh who was with us 9 days taking us to all the beautiful and important site seeing places in Rajasthan. He has very good knowledge about the places and restaurants in Rajasthan. We never felt any kind of difficulty anywhere during our trip. Thanks to Anand Singh. We enjoyed our trip and have taken back lot of memories from here. Only problem we faced in all the hotels we stayed was everywhere they used to tell us that you will not be provided with the breakfast and dinner at hotel dispite our meals been included in the tour package. The hotels wherever we stayed said the same thing that your meals are not included but only the stay. Later the hotel manager used to check with Sankalp tours and travels and then provide us the meal. This was the only bad experience we had in our whole trip. We suggest the travel company to inform the hotel manager/reception manager regarding the guests meals that will be included in the package prior the guest arrives at any hotel.

1. Mr. Anand Singh was our driver and is highly recommended. We were on the honeymoon trip and he made us feel safe and helped in all the possible ways. 5 stars for him
2. Car facility is amazing. Clean and well maintained car made our travel very much convenient
3. Fast response in case of any issue
4. Anand Singh went out of the way to show us various nearby places and the hospitality is amazing
Things that can be improved
Hotels provided in jaisalmer and Udaipur were really not of good quality. They were not clean neither the service was good and nor the food quality. The recommend ones are Sheetal hotel in Jodhpur and royal peepli camp in jaisalmer. Gandhavra in Jaipur is good too!
