★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 440 flats in 1 acre land is too much. Just imagine what will problems in future like water problem, lift problem , maintenance problem, parking probelm, Think twice before investing in such cheap project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Sunday i have visited this project, it is a under construction. Only plus point I felt for this project is location, it is very near from main Aalandi-Vishrantwadi road.
The project layout is not a good for ventilation and sunlight. They are giving three balconies to each flat on floor just to utilise maximum FSI.
Also I have doubt on construction quality because I have not seen single drop of water dripping anywhere from construction, not sure if they have enough water source for construction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apart from location nothing is good here : 1)No proper ducks in buidling.
2)Poor engineering.Most of the walls are common between flats.
3)No proper space on floor.
4)No open space in project.
5)Except corner flats and front flat all other flats gallery are useless. Don't know why they have given these gallery's.
It seems that due to greedyness of builder there target is to build maximum quantity of flat and not quality flats.
