★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One has to visit many times to take appointment. There is no coordination between members at gate and staff at reception. u have to first please staff at reception to get appointment. Sundays though shows open it is off on Sunday. On Saturday also all slots got booked by 10 am and the amazing fact is that satff comes by 10 only prior to it u can't book. Than how this hospital is best? Just because it is economical ???? Very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services, one of the worst eye hospital of Indore. Visited the hospital on 23rd of Feb at 10.13AM and left the hospital at 12.30PM unattended/unchecked/ unexamined. The doctor who has to examine me was busy somewhere else, leaving the OPD patient unattended. The matter was also taken up with the unit head. No proper response from them. One can visit this hospital if he has full day time to wait. Further the lady sitting on cash counter understand herself as super specialist although she is doing clerical duty and not a doctor. पूरे दिन का समय रख कर ही यहां आना उचित होगा। अस्पताल का रवैया सरकारी अस्पताल से भी बदतर है।Totally bureaucratic approach.There is no turn around time in this hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best eye care hospital in Indore...I visited for my son & my experience was really good. Good & supportive staff, even the doctors are very good & treat like a family member... They prescribe the genuine treatment, not for looting purpose.. Peaceful environment.. Only Rs 250 consultation charge, is not much... I pray that everybody must be healthy & fine.. but if looking for eye care hospital then i will highly recommend Sankara eye care hospital..
