★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my cataract surgery at this hospital from Dr. Jaswant and I am completely satisfied with all the facilities and the management at this hospital.
Unlike other hospitals where I have to go to serveral departments, this hospital didn't ask us to do so.
Would like to recommend this hospital to other people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One can never experience the worst than this, these people do not value the time of patient. It is not their concern if the patient is a BP patient and already suffering from other problems, it doesn't matters to them if the patient is aged. Their waiting time makes the patient suffers even more and they all call it a part of processing as if they are manufacturing the patients. Their process is really disgusting and management is worst. It doesn't matters to them if you have prior appointment already taken. I wish there was an option of negative rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst hospital i seen in my career.took too much time to analyse the problem n my whole day gone still they want to do some more tests for more clarity. It's my last visit to the shankra eyes hospital n I request to others if you have time more than 7-8hr go otherwise better you to go another hospital. If i want to give rating out of 5 than I will go for 1 only for cleanliness n according to my personal experience I say don't go to this hospital.
Don't waste your time in this hospital. Very bad hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother had a cataract eye surgery today, done by Dr. Jaswant. We are very satisfied by the competency of staff and quality of services offered. Staff are very supportive and patient in answering queries. The cost of tests etc is also reasonable & the hospital has latest state of art equipment and is very good in cleanliness as well.
We are grateful to all the staff. God Bless!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited for my son first time. Doctor was good. Other than doctor every staff were there own zone. If we asked some more questions for further reference they just shows their arrogance. Very much disappointed with nurses and staff. And second thing is very much time consuming they takes whole day for general eye check up. And again they called for further clarification. What type of clarification they want.
After 2 days I visited again( as they told to revisit to assess more) . One of their staff just sitting not bother to check patient. Than I asked for my turn and one of them checked and she took around 15-20 min. And with result she is not confident. Than she told to other assistant she did same procedure . After that I waited for doctor ... Worst part is doctor didn't check for even 10 sec. She just saw the report of their junior assistant and just simply told go take spectical.(go to store as they just want business) She should recheck with own but she didn't recheck. I don't understand what they did in recheck after two days. Simply waste of time. Very much in professional
