★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst company, exploited my friend badly. The HR never accept her mistake instead blame the fellow candidates.Wasted 2-3 weeks in the name of interview. Wish I could rate the company 0 star I could have surely done that too. Poor service will never suggest anyone.

After 6 months so will realize you have only been exploited with with the company taking your talent, skills and your potential earnings. They only believe in give relationship, and not in give-take. Absolutely vulgar company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently Interviewed with this company for Solution Analyst, it was a fresher level trainee position,
I was done with 2 rounds of interview that is the HR and Technical round i got selected for both, but in the 3rd round of interview with the leadership team, he started asking the questions of experienced people, where as in I was complete fresher into IT, even though i answered almost of his question as a fresher level definitions.
He said we are not looking for this though u can apply after a month or so ....
Sorry to say but let me tell you I myself is a Technical Recruiter handling US market, if you people are not clear whom to hire freshers or experience make that clear first, and there are different sets of questions for freshers level and experience level, so learn to distinguish between these two things. And if the candidate is applying for trainee level the team should have the basic understanding that they are apply to learn and grow, not to hear; "Come next month again, work on more projects and then come"
I Suggest don't apply to such companies who are wasting others time to market themselves.
I think they are creating scam just to advertise their company in market as they don't have any trademark in IT market.
KEEP GOING WITH THIS SCAM.........

First they tested my aptitude Took and I passed that exam ....... The next day I received the mail that the next technical interview test is also the round I passed. ........
For about 1.5 weeks they didn't respond to me then I contacted the team members about the result and they said you have passed the technical round .....
Now your trail period of 5 days will be taken after that we will decide the on board employees and our management team will mail so I was waiting till the next day. I did not receive any mail. After that asked him by message and he sent me mail. ..
After the trail period started, they gave us 5 assignments and told us to complete one in one day ...... I did it all the time .... They said we will let you know .....
Then I received the mail (We are happy to inform you that your profile has been selected for the position of Solution Analyst. And as discussed on the call, we would like to invite you to technical interview)
And my interview was so good I gave them all the answers they asked me and ......I didn't get any results for 2 days after that I called that team member 3 times but he didn't received any call i wp him and he told me that unfortunately you were not selected ....
In this way they Weasted my time
