★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the busiest and important station of harbour line.It's maintenance is ok but needs more because of daily huge crowd for near by APMC market.
It has four platforms.Out of four two platforms dedicated to trans harbour line got Thane.One will get direct train for Panvel,Thane ,Andhrri and CST.
Though platforms are clear but needs more attention.There is no wheelchair abled platforms.
There are some stores and hotels in the premises.
One theatre also there.

Neat and clean railway station. Easy to locate the train platforms and trains. Needs some maintenance inside the station platform. Lots of spider webs dust on the ceiling inside the platform. Needs repainting inside and better modern and more powerful lights. Everything is good from the outside but less impressive from the inside. Please put dustbins inside the station and on the platform. Its railway station as well as it complex. You can get direct trains for Panvel, Thane and CST station and you can get busses from out side of station.
There is share as well as private rikshow stop for Sanpada station to other sector in vashi. Spacious station with good number of food stalls. But as the station is covered its somewhat dark. Poor lights and ventilation on the platforms.
