★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel room service are very poor. Literally no one will help you. Tv not working. Sabse imp door card was not working it took them 1 day to activate it. I really faced lot of problm because of them but sab advance le lete h isliye majbur ho jaate hai. Plz aap log mat hona

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ believe me dont waste your money here.. after reading mixed reviews i made the same mistake and booked this hotel for my wedding which was my huge mistake. they will take advance first on your big day they wont listen you after that. hotel rooms service are worst. you may book banquet but plz don't book their rooms

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally very bad experience.. Hated it.. I booked it for my sister marriage. The food was served cold.. Few items were only getting served as per decided menu, rst when you talk to manager then gets served. The staff here is very rude and arrogant. You will feel like giving a tight slap on their face. If it would not have been my sister marriage I would have created a mess and would atleast have slapped 3-4 waiters and their managers for their behavior and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very spacious and easy to reach there as it is just beside main road with service lane.. Metro station is just away from this venue, situated in front of metro pillar no. 497..
Decoration and other arrangements were admirable..
Rooms are spacious and comfortable with suitable arrangements for guests...
As far as arrangements for party hall is concerned.. We like and enjoyed every minute with starter and music... Main course was okay.. Desert were tasteful..
Staffs were very cordial and prompt..
Overall good place....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor infrastructure. Most booking are through OYO rooms,so they are very much reluctant to serve. In my room bed sheet is not found cleaned at all,long hairs here and there.AC control is not working, DTH of tv has not renewed, walls are cracked. The main issue is carelessness although all the facilities were available,a small fridge, locker(don't know whether they are working or not). No telephone is there, all time you have to walk to reception and tell the concern person,a total mesh???. May be good for young couples for short time (hrs.)???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decoration was lovely,space sample, there wasa lot of options in food items, room size was really very good and there was appropriate lighting as well, but room service was little slow sometimes,that could be improved for sure,else everything was perfect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst banquet I hv ever seen . It is the most pathetic place . All the trolleys are empty. Dey did not even provide water and other necessary items to guest. Wen we complaint to owner , he fights with us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This banquet is well located and visible even for someone who is unaware of this place. Traffic was smooth due to Akshay tritiya festival. This banquet has ample space and arrangements were pinpoint and staff was adequate and well structured. Now the horrendous part the Air conditioner were not effective at all and we were sweating like anything,So anyone booking this banquet must consider this fact specially in this scorching weather ?️.
