★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main problem of this socy is monsoon.one main gate is always closed and wall is builded to prevent water to come in socy.some stairsare also build near lift .it is very difficult to use lift by this system.it seems that heavy water of monsoon cannot be disposed from socy.otherwise good construction of flats.
