★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff and owner - They don't allow you to take picture of yourself in that attire. I went to buy a bridal lehnga and i wanted to take pictures because i wanted to compare amongst other lehnga and obviously show it to someone else for opinion but they are like give money to click photos. There are very good shops nearby to this store. So please don't waste your time by visiting these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales persons are very rude. I went with my mother to check the variety of sarees. That day my wife was not with me hence Next day i went to purchase it. Suddenly they removed price tag and increased the amount by 5000.
The staff is not customer centric and so hurry to finalise the sarees, Not ready to show more options. Highly not recommend.
For shop owners, kindly tech customer satisfaction lessons to staff. There are plenty of shops who are more customer centric than yours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop owner is very arrogant and rude.. even some staffs are on the same path as of owner. Till the time when you pay,they will try there best not expose there rude behaviour to customer and after payment they treat there customer in very rude manner .. even they do mistakes they will show as no care to the customer .. if you purchase wedding (even priced more than 10900) dress from them ,they will open it from Good packet and after payment if you want them to pack .. they will simply give you a plain polythene sheet which look cheap.. as you planned to gift it to bride or someone important.. you request them to give the same good packaging.. they will behave rude and start irrelevant talking .. even you suggest them something as a customer to improve there presentation they will talk rubbish after taking payment .. don't prefer to go again .. I was cheated by them
