Morning 6 AM to 10 AM
Evening 4 PM to 8 PM
There are few equipments to exercise.You can go and exercise in the morning as well as in the evening. This is very peaceful place, so it can be a very good spot for meditation.
Washrooms are also available for both ladies and gents.
