★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrong opening times. Shows as open from 07:30am. I arrived 10:15am and still not open or anybody on site. Phone number only reaches a central number and nobody directly. Drove a long distance to have look. Very frustrating. Won't be spending my money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased 8ft Greekwood Spruce from Santa Stores with tree decorations n lighting too. Everything was done so smoothly over calls n whtsapp. I dint visit the store at all. Mr. Dilip was very helpful n explained evertything about different kind of trees available with them to me in detail over a whtsapp videocall and i chose the tree decorations too over that call. It was so smooth a transaction that i just cudnt beleive my Christmas Tree shopping was done sitting at home within an hour. Thanks to Mr. Dilip for making it happen. The tree was delivered the same day as promised and the quality is simply very good. The quality of decorations too is very good. He even arranged people for me to come to my home and assemble the tree n decorate it. Mr. Prashanth who came to assemble the tree n decorate it too did a great job. I am just so happy looking at that beautiful tree standing in my home with all glory. I very much recommend Santa Stores for all your Christmas Tree shopping with accessories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Items available here are actually better in quality compared to the other regular Christmas decoration stores in Bangalore. You better visit it to believe it. The tree quality is tons better than the regular ones. And most importantly it’s about trust. The store dealer is honest and genuine. That’s very important. I will be visiting again for future Christmas purchases.
