Photos are an essential part of one's life, it can send one down his(er) memory-lane only to relive their favourite times again and again.
Photo/picture of a deceased family member on the other hand nurtures the feelings of togetherness and compassion, whenever one looks at it. Thus, any sort of "hampering" with the original picture hurts the emotional being.
In a nutshell, judging by my expirience the so-called "photo-editors" advocating the cause of this studio are mere novices, not at all worthy of editing a picture. Their work is perhaps the most "unprofessional".
Besides, these "photo-editors" deliberately try to increase the price of editing the photos for their customers.
