Product had silk mark(tussar sari).Thought I received a different piece of Ajarkh saree which had same print but border design was different, hence did not go for exchange.I have deducted 1 star just fr that reason, else, price, quality and choice of clothing is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrendous experience.Online shoppers, beware of this e-seller. They don't respond to calls. Even if they do after several attempts, the gent who responds is extremely discourteous, rude and offensive. The products are really good, even if over-priced.
But the good quality makes no sense if one is so hassled during purchase and after. I had issues with a kantha stitch stole, it smelled of pesticide.I returned it, and then went through a harrowing time to get refund.
Please be careful.I have nothing against the store, but the person who takes calls from customers. He is most certainly not the owner. He is totally indifferent towards the sales of store products, and is forever irritated about responding to customers. Owner, take action before it is too late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered 2 Men Kurta sets. Firstly, there is no direct tracking route and have to rely on their favour whether they will pickup or respond. After almost 2 weeks I managed to get the same on COD Basis. However due to being same colour, I wish to replace one of the two. While contacting them and selecting the replacement option, they confirmed that the same was picked up on 15th November.
But....
Even after confirming that the differential amount will be paid to the delivery agent, along with the "to be replaced" Kurta... Today is 23rd December and i am still waiting.
Two or three times I pinged them on WA and no reply.
Santiniketan Online is a hoax, they don't know even the basic etiquette. I don't know who is in charge... But want to tell him/her to take care of their business a bit cautiously.
I have no personal grudge, seeing 4.1 google rating I ordered them, but now forced to give them not more than 2.
Save your hard earned money and avoid ordering overpriced items from them who don't have minimal courtesy.
