β β β β β One of the best bakerys I have ever been too. Love their awesome pattice and cream rolls. These days they have a variety of things to offer. The pattice from both their bakerys - Apte Road and Sinhgad Road are the best.

β β β β β This is one of the oldest and most reputed bakery. It is known for it's famous 'Khari Pattice'. You can buy other bakery products like bread, pastry. The quality is excellent. All the products are fresh. You must try the Khari Pattice at least once. And it's not crowded on week days but it's crowded on Holidays and mostly in Morning. Otherwise it's not too much crowded. They also sell some other products like Khari, Toasts, Butter. And one more speciality is Coconut Pastry.

β β β β β This branch located near Santosh Hall, Anand Nagar. Best and fresh bakery products, period. Their Pattice(Masala puff) is world famous in Pune. ???
You can get these Pattice in as early as 7:00 AM in the morning.
Overall quality wise satisfactory. Santosh bakery is a landmark in recent Pune history(last 30 years or so).
There is another more famous branch of this bakery on Apte road.
Their Honey coconut cake, Khari, Bread loaf(Plain/Pavbhaji bread) are worth trying.

β β β β β The puffs are fantastic and so are the cakes. Although the cakes are expensive, the ones with eggs are fluffier, and veg just taste dry and stale (and are more expensive)

β β β β β This is the perfect place to get your morning brekky. Seriously tasty veg Puffs and a great selection of cupcakes.
I have known this bakery for as long as I can remember. We have a Sunday breakfast tradition at our home of getting the pattis (veg puffs) from here. With a steaming cup of masala chai, it makes for an amazing breakfast/brunch. The quality and taste of their product has remained very consistent over the years. They have a comparatively short selection of products, but it is definitely worth it. The most famous product is their pattis, followed closely by their (pink) coconut cupcake, chocolate cupcake and plain sliced bread. One thing that keeps the people lining up outside their bakery is their use of traditional wood fired oven to bake their products. It adds a pleasant smoky flavour to their breads and other foods.
'Classics done right' could be their tagline! Unlike many 'Puneri' restaurants that are famous for a thing or two, they have another branch at Apte road. This place is a tad smaller but serves the same delectable baked goods. I would definitely recommend that you give this bakery a try once.

Limited Parking for two wheelers available.
The food/products here are better than most of the other bakeries in the area.
A bit costlier than many, but many would prefer quality for a slightly higher price.
