Pros:
1. Amazing interior and pleasant atmosphere with room freshness everytime.
2. Affordable fees for treatments in comparison with other Private Hospitals.
3. 15% Discounts on Medicines.
4. Polite and humble staff behaviour.
5. Very neat and clean, just as best in class Hospital.
6. Every staff are in proper dress code, so that public can easily identify them.
7. Best Hospitality in Ghaziabad and even Delhi NCR.
I am visiting there from my childhood and I can say that this is always my Final Destination for ailing my diseases.
8. Availability of all type of equipments and medical requirements at all times.
9. Largest COVID beds available at times, when needed.
10. Hospital Building is fully furnished and Air Conditioned.??
Cons:
1. You must visit at one's if you need a proper cure in a single visit.

If you have any mediclaim policy, they will trying to make to much illness to enhance your treatment bill. Please avoid, humbe request to all save us & your Love one from this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear Mr Owner I have noticed that you view and reply to many reviews of your hospital. So I want to bring your attention to some neglected areas that greatly damage the image and reputation of Santosh hospital:
1.Female washroom on the ground floor is highly unsanitary, none of the toilet doors have fasteners and there is no main door so everyone can see it from outside and the stench also spreads in the main lobby.
2.No chair/stool provided to attendants of critical patients in emergency department which even government hospitals provide!!!I mean does the hospital Lack so much funds that they Can't even give us stools to rest our legs. All attendants are forced to accommodate themselves on the patients' small bed which is highly uncomfortable for both parties.I searched all over the hospital for an empty chair and finally found it in a remote corner.I had to do this twice!!!because in the first attempt someone took it secretly(the staff obviously).In the second attempt the guard forcefully took it away saying that some visiting doctor needed something to sit on. In short he snatched it as it was near to him and easily available to him without undergoing any hardwork to find the chair which we went through.Family of the patient is subjected to such rude and selfish behaviour. Sorry for such a long rant but I can relieve my anger like this only as nobody responds to complaints. Doctors pass them to the nurses which in turn pass it to the reception and we get stuck in this loop as no one takes responsibility for a follow up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best thing about it is that it's right in front of the bus stand for those who are coming from other smaller parts of the city, the hospital is very nice and clean with experienced doctors, you can get good treatment there but they charge you for a lot of useless tests and ask you repeat them again and again to make more money. Everything else about this hospital is great just the over charging is a problem. Once you get admitted for treatment even for a minor issue, get ready to lose tens of grands from your account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service. This hospital is as good as free because they don't charge any consultation fee. The doctors are really knowledgable and don't hurry through the process. I was amazed to see them paying so much attention to the patient without even charging any consultation fee. As far as diagnosis tests are concerned they never ask you to get it done from Santosh only, you can get it done from anywhere. So blaming them for minting money by prescribing unnecessary diagnosis tests is wrong. I had consulted a general practitioner and an orthopedic Dr Sinha. I have never experienced this kind of attention to my ailment even from Max or Appollo. I was initially skeptical about visiting Santosh but after my experience I would recommend it everyone. Unless you want fancy stuff instead of good treatment!
