★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who runs this parlour speaks very sugar coated and sweet. But kindly don't fall for those words like I fell. I went to do hair smoothening. Lady told that keratin treatment is better and will give the best results. I was told that it'll make my hair 50% straight, will reduce hair fall & will give protein to hair, make it shiny. She showed me the pictures of previous customers who did keratin treatment and herself. I agreed.
After the treatment, she did blow dry. Look was superb and she clicked the picture of my hair. I knew that that look won't be the same, cz thus treatment will make my hair 50% straight. Once I washed my hair, I was so surprised. Because the look was exactly like before keratin treatment. Nothing had happened to my hair. No reduction in hair fall.
I called that lady the next day, she wasn't ready to accept her mistake and that she fooled me. Later she started saying that my hair will be 10% straight because of my hair quality. This was completed contradictory because while doing treatment she said that my hair quality is nice. She stated blaming that the water I used might be hard water or I washed hair very roughly etc..
The real fact is pictures shown to me were the ones taken immediately after the treatment, immediately after blow dry. In those pictures the hair were amazing. She clicked mine too and might have shown it to other customers.
I was offered only a free spa after arguing on the call with her. But it couldn't be compensated with the keratin treatment.
The worst decision I made. Lost 5500 rs..
Actually, 4000 cz the look she gave me with blow dry was for 5 days and after that I was given hair spa.
But still I lost 4000Rs and the confidence to do some treatment with my hair.
