★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first write correct spelling , the squarepart which you installing and not working on its guarantee period(i have dout that you are using duplicates part), every time bill is around 10k , your staff is not committed , not responding properly on phone , they are trying to selling the square parts, the staff is in experience.

As I purchased new bike from here, but not proper service from there, because when I purchased already problem of air in new bike and also I complain many time but not proper solved out after eight to nine time give bike for repair purpose and yet problem of air in bike still face but less as previous and that is main reason I slipped from some where and bike damaged but From there not any reply for insured part of bike and also not accept of this problem face about air in Bike , however I talked five to six time with KK sir in company's Service Engineer. Also my job card is open there as complain of air in bike. Also all member pass out to another person but not proper answer, So as i purchased from there as a client I am asking for proper service from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my bike serviced 2 times from santaram bajaj , and i must say santaram bajaj is the worst service center in the country, they make their customers fool they think customers are mindless and not a single customer is happy with their services. They just focus on making money not in providing services to their customers, wasting customers time is their hobby, their employees doesn't have manners, i would suggest everyone to go to a local garage rather than going to santram bajaj. Bajaj should change the entire staff if possible to change their services.
