★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do have any previous experience with the doctor, but i stay in the same block and booked an appointment for my child at 1.30 pm. To my surprise the front desk person billed me Rs 500 even before the consultation. I paid and waited.
I realized that the doctor was busy and already doing some surgery inside so very politely asked the front desk person for the waiting time at 2pm, already 30 mins passed the appointment time. The front desk person said 10 to 15 mins, so I decided to wait. After 10/15 mins, I realized the doctor was still busy with the surgery. So I asked very politely to the front desk person that I have to take a leave, as I have office meetings. So I asked for a refund.
The person did return the Rs 500 but started to say that you need to wait everywhere in all clinics etc and very rudely started to argue.
First of all no offence to the doctor, she was obviously doing her work no issues with that. Secondly if you know that the doctor is doing surgery which is time consuming and when I am continuously telling you that I have a heart stop at 2.15pm, you could have told me to come back later. Why did you make an appointment at 1.30pm and also kept holding me back with false expectations ?? And if you think this is normal, then sorry you have to change that expectation and try to stick to the time, waiting indefinitely is not acceptable , all of us has to change this attitude.
And please do not bill people before consulting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Shatabdi Chattopadhyay is an experienced dental surgeon. She is an expert in doing RCTs. I went fr rct for 4 of my teeth and didnt feel any pain. She managed the entire treatment so well. I was earlier scared to visit a dentist. All my fear is removed. I strongly recommend her as family dentist to everyone. She is a wonderful person as well !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont go to the clinic just seeing the reviews. A very bad experienced after doing my root canal here. She is a horrible dentist. She is only after money. Reply to your comment, mam, what complications was there which you mentioned earlier can you please explain? Don't write any false statement here. Before doing the root canal I clearly mentioned that I am moving out from the city, I don't have much time to give on multiple sessions and you said it won't be a problem and keep on calling me for doing the root canal. You can checked out with your assistance that how many times he called me in a single day. I had a little bit infection and you said you cleaned it, there is no more problems and we can go for a root canal. You have not mentioned any complications that time. Instate of that you told "it won't be a any problem in future". just because of your improper way of root canal procedure, I took my tooth out today. It's not been a year yet. It's only your fault. Dont blame on the patients, instate of that accept your fault. Patients are comming to you just because they trust you.I did the same too. I am not a dentist, what ever you said I followed that. Now dont blame on me just because I am not in the same city and can not visit to you. Pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Chattopadhyay was very gentle in dealing with my tooth extraction. After the procedure, I followed exactly what she asked me to which resulted in better healing. I would definitely go back as I have some more issues to be treated. Would recommend people to visit the clinic in case you have been suffering with dental issues for sometime.
