Rooms are not well furnished and bathrooms are common not attached, location advantage 4/5 for hygiene.

1. No cooler Or AC during summer
2. Geyser is provided only during winter
3. At every floor there is common bathrooms and toilets . So if you are in hurry then you have to wait. And the toilets are not cleaned regularly so it is very annoying.
4. No inverter Or generator is there so during electricity cutoff you have to wait for hours.
5. No mess facility

1. Deposit money is 3500₹ for six months.
2. There is no cooler facility.
