★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are just making the people fool...i bought five star rating geyser from them ..They didn't show me geyser and when i checked at home it was 4*. When i came after 2-3 days they denied to change or refund by saying that you have to check at shop only. I asked them that i asked you to open on shop but you didn't do that then they said we wont change and refund. Such a ridiculous behavior. At the time of sale they behave nicely but at any issue they are not customer centric.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience, I purchased a Philips citrus juicer on 22 nd October,20. When I check at home, this was a diffective pc. So I say them on 24 th October,20 to change the pc., But they were not agree to change the item.
So, waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very bad, I bought 3 products from the store worth 50k, 2 of the pieces were defective,one they replaced as I returned it on same day and the other one "wonderchef waffle maker " I complained about it late as I tried using it late, instead of giving some service they are asking me to contact toll free number and register. This is not acceptable, very substandard quality products and services. Highly disappointed

They are very unprofessional and Racold is not providing warranty on the geyser purchased from them.
