β β β β β The grocery store is run like a state government office. The staff is adequate but they never extend any help. On 29.09.2018, while we entered the Smarth Nagar/Nirala Bajar store at about 8.50 PM and were still picking groceries, the store staff switched off lights of section without excusing themselves or making any announcement. The staff is not courteous and they have no sense of belonging or respect for the customers.
