★ ★ ★ ★ ★ never rent the ground floor of apartment as there is water logging problem if it rains heavily. Also the owner is very bad person as he will deduct painting charges even when u lost your stuffs due to water logging. railway tracks near by . Also insects and lizards are always present. Worst flat.Also other flat owners have a very narrow mindset .
