★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID! I hope Yamaha is aware and gets another service center. PSR 770 that has a software issue as confirmed by Yamaha themselves, these cheats wanted to change the board for 25k. Yamaha are you listening. Avoid this place like the plague

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a problem with my yamaha amp remote i made instant payment in advance for a new remote but due to covid 19 the delivery got delay by 6 months which i understand but the representative was very rude unprofessional and unresponsive he never told me the real situation and when the remote came he asked Rs 150 for local delivery which is bizarre and when confronted he said " DO IT YOURSELF". it is very shameful to see that they do not respect after sale services or small orders like mine

1) very congested lanes to approach this place.
2) They just brush you off if its only 1 drum set that you need to get repaired.
3) Rude lady, didn't know how to talk to kids.
4) Called them before going to this place and once I reached there, they said they were 'busy'.
5) An assistant was dusting the place and not carrying out any repair.

Took lot of time to get the product serviced and they compel to pay in cash which sounds fishy.
Also the area is too small for a brand to have there service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever they tooked 6 months to repair a single headphone and still its not repaired the service is worst, the place is small like a bathroom, Don't know how these big brands Like BEHRINGER, YAMAHA, CASIO, etc given them authority to service the products they are just making money and wasting time of musicians and artists like us

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sapphire Electronics is a top-rated Yamaha Service Center in Delhi NCR. I have a Yamaha DGX 620 Portable Grand Piano that is almost 8-9 years old which had a dead left speaker and a malfunctioning screen. These guys fixed it for a very low cost, and it now works perfectly fine. I also got to know that they have a new service centre, so give them a call before you go.
