★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living here for last 2 years, quite good place to live innbharuch. Neat and clean building, which is the only good thing about the residence.
So many awakward rules specially for tenents, but nothing will be followed by owners.
Better keep as a last option if you are a tenent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction and amenities wise this place is a good one. How ever there is a rule maker who always breaks it for their convenience and their accuqitance. As said by someone the rules are been layed out only for tenants. Too many restrictions for tenants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crematory and graveyard visible from all the flats which are on the backside of u r looking for view.. I'm sorry. There's a cow stable and it stinks a lot and the owners are very rude... otherwise it's clean and all but better rent/buy a flat somewhere else
