★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful when dealing with this builder. The tiles in Sapthagiri Splendor have started to come out just after 2 years of handing over and the builder refuses to help saying he has already handed over the building after 1 year of project completion. Quite odd response considering most other builders would look at basic issues like this and fix it even after 7-8 years of building completion. Avoid, if possible.
