★ ★ ★ ★ ★ B Block Lift won’t work properly, any time it will stop. It is manual closing door, most of times people won't close lift door properly.
Society will add apartment repair (Installation of CCTV, Fencing, changing pipe lines etc) charges in the maintenance whenever required. Owner will not allow to deduct this amount from rent because they are adding this amount in maintenance. Finally, tenant has to bare all additional charges.
Approaching road is very narrow.
