Mr. D. P. Singh – Managing Director (Sara International Pvt Ltd)

Mr .D .P Singh is the managing director of SARA International Pvt Ltd and the chairman of SARA Textiles Ltd. Having his up bringing in a family of civil servants, Mr. Singh very early learnt the value of discipline, hard work and integrity. Equipped with a post graduate in Economics from Punjab University and a foreign trade diploma from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi (IIFT), his career has spanned successful stints at Mahindra & Mahindra and Eicher Motors. In 1990, he setup upon his entrepreneurial journey with SARA GROUP. His current role within SARA is to look at forward looking business expansion strategies, cost optimization across the group and be the chairman of all group companies. He is the former Chairman of Gopalpur Port, President of the All Indian Grain Exporters Association and is currently the Honorary Counsel General of Albania in India.

His passions outside of work focus primarily on expanding his contribution as an active philanthropist engaged in charity, disaster rehabilitation and education.

Mr. Singh is also an avid golf player and recipient of multiple trophies.

S.M Dwivedi – Chief Executive Officer (SARA Textiles Limited)

Mr. S. M. Dwivedi, is a B.Tech, (Textile) and has done Post Graduate Diploma is Business Administration. After a brief stint with three textile companies, he joined SARA GROUP in 1992. He has more than two decades of rich experience in textile production and trading. He has played a pivotal role in the success of the textile business at SARA. With his dynamism and dedication, he has steered the business to its present heights. As a Director & CEO at SARA Textiles Limited, his functions include envisioning the company’s growth strategy, overseeing the manufacturing units and global marketing efforts.

He is a family man to the core and religious person by nature. He is an avid reader of traditional epics and puranas. He is a lifetime member of the Textile Association Of India.

Under his able guidance, the textiles business has developed a global reach in over 10 countries.

Mr. Deepit Singh – Director (Sara International Pvt Ltd)

Mr. Deepit Singh is a Master’s in Business Administration with specialization in Finance from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and a Bachelors in Mechanical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He plays a crucial role in the mining operations in East European Countries. He continues to guide Sara Textiles at its Corporate level. He was also instrumental in helping establish the first plant of SARA Textiles Limited. Among other group roles, he is also a director with Gopalpur ports Limited. His personal interests are collecting old records, golfing and vintage cars.

Mr. Tushar Singh – WTD & CEO (Sara International Pvt Ltd)

Mr. Tushar currently heads the commodities business of the group including origination, transportation and marketing of bulk commodities. Since joining the business in 2006, he has been part of the effort to build the group’s image in the Asia Pacific region. This has been achieved by setting up operations in China and Indonesia and also entering the coal trading business successfully. As the WTD & CEO, Mr. Tushar is also responsible for the human resource development work at SARA and spearheading initiatives aimed at achieving greater financial discipline across the company’s business operations. Increasingly, his time is also spent on driving the group’s investment business as well its plans in the healthcare space.

Mr. Tushar has a post-graduate degree in Business Management from Judge Business School, University of Cambridge and is a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies from London. Before joining SARA, he worked as a consultant at KPMG Consulting in London.

He is an active member of the CII, the Entrepreneurs Organization and the World Economic Forum and a lifelong Manchester United fan.
