★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had filed a complaint in CP office on 16/10/2021 against my husband who left me in my pregnancy and never come to see me again. My complaint was forwarded to women cell, Sarabha Nagar, Ludhiana. In the search of Justice for me we attended some meetings. But my problem wasn't be able to solve there. I decided to go to court for justice. The officials there told me that I have to close the complaint from there and then go to court.
The lady officials themselves wrote from my side "please close my complaint and I would go to the court." They told me that this is the only procedure to seek justice in the court. My signatures were taken there by them.
In this way, my complaint was closed forcibly without giving me Justice.
Also it added a negetive impact on my case in court that as I was wrong therefore I had closed my complaint. This is a complete injustice to a woman.
So I want to give message to all the ladies "Please please don't be in hurry for signing any type of lines written by some lady officials, lady social worker."
Also I would like to question the lady officials at women cell that why do they write the statements by themselves? If the person filing complaint is educated enough to write for herself, she should be made to write the statements by herself.
Please look into the matter. It is urgent for women justice.
