★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since I was unable to visit central avenue which is flooded with these type of stores so unfortunately i have to visit this for buying a walker stick. Products are OK, but behaviour sucks with rude attitude.

Use that strategy even if you don't buy from them... and how is that for proof that this is a genuine review?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Post sales support is pathetic. I tried returning a product that I purchased yesterday and they simply refused to refund it, despite the evident fault in the products design. Furthermore the staff told me that I do not know as much as the brand which has been making this product for years. This arrogance will not stand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good store for medical equipments. They accept payment by Card or cash. They do offer reasonable and competitive price for products. Some of the products sold by them are not returnable or refundable. But they do mention it at the time of selling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really have no desire to give any star because of the behaviour I get from the shop today 15/07/2020. Today at noon went to buy L.S.support xxl size for my parent. I must say all the workers behaviour are undoubtedly good but THE ALL IN ONE WHO THINKS HIMSELF HAS A BRAIN AND MUST SAY HAVE BEHAVIOUR I'M THE BOSS. anyway I paid by debit card and cost me 990 bucks. As they're handling all via Paytm once swipe with my contacts number. Due to some restrictions every deals are going on outside of the shop. The worker who handled my issue said as the mechanic problem he had to swiped twice all of a sudden the above mentioned person who started
gives instructions who were standing opposite local tea shop which card machine the worker should use. After the payment went next Khadi shops there got 3 notifications messages . I checked first came from Paytm other 2msg from my bank (which debit card I used to bought L.S.support) notified me that from my debit twice deducted 990 bucks. So immediately went above shop regarding this issues THE MOST INTELLIGENT PERSON said that we took only once 990 bucks via Paytm I said but bank said twice took 990 he said "through ATM you take out other 990 " such a foolproof allegation that in that location there is no ATM corner that much of knowledge he doesn't have. When I shouted infront of other customers and very harshly asked to withdraw his word he just simply trying to prove me wrong and I just raised my voice till I convinced to check his PAYTM account and the results came they're took double amounts of single thing. Near about 20 minutes I waited to the last scene of drama. He spoken to the Paytm company and convinced twice took money within 4/5day it will returns. People of above mentioned person forgot that the customers are more aware than before. Still I have an option of consumer forum if I wont get back my money. After returning home when I shared with my friends circle they were also faced several times too. Now its time to GRAHAK JAAGO. Raise your voice and stop buying any kind of medical things from here as no one knows who will be next target!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not at all a customer friendly shop. Behavior of sales team sucks. I bought a hinged knee support from here. It cost me Rs. 1000. When I asked for a reduced price they came up with a strange and arrogant reason that they do not reduce price. Later on when I checked amazon I found the same to cost Rs. 750. I can assume that the other products are also equally expensive.
There are better options online and in brick and mortar category than this shop.
