★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service which had been offered by this tour and travel company while conducting a tour was pathetic and equally unprofessional. The behaviour of the Mangement was very rude and they also dont know how to deal with their clients. After we complain to their authorities regarding the problems we faced, they simply denied and were very much reluctant also to check the fault at their end.
I along with other families were harassed at the trip by taking long hrs to reach a place instead of specific time and also neglecting if someone's got any health related issues. They only know how to get the money from us.
BE AWARE OF THIS KIND OF FRAUD AGENCIES !!!before you plan for a trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to share the worse experience happend with me and my friend. We contacted with the travel agency to visit my dream place. However, the tour became worst because of them. They make your journey longer (like 5-6 hours journey will take 14-15hrs with them), do not provide proper quality food and sufficient water, not even give medical support in emergencies. This is humaliating and saddest part. They make you joy into sadness at the end of the day. I want to express sheer disappointment and I have never expected such response from this company
