With a label of 10 gm ! Fool of me that i recognised this after i left kolkata and came back to Patna

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This stores is a cheat actually.. we purchase 20 boxes of 10 gm coins and later on he said come at tis time and when we came he packed 20 boxes thn he said wait we will seal the box and his staff went down the counter to.seal it and remove oje box.. we went hotel and saw tht.. we asked him to show CC Tv footage he was not ready. Pls never go to such places

I gave my bangles for polish bt got the slip misplaced , we requested him to give us our item n also provided him with the details of given date bt still he refused to give and behaved very badly. The owners behaviour is very bad n rude , he doesn't have any manner how to behave with there clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are thugs, cheaters, there is always a hiden cost which they will just add to the bill, without letting you know. Owner behaviour is so rude, worst experience. They are tax evaders too. They will not give you GST bill for the silver coins... Highly not recommendable shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ return exchange policies here are very poor in case any malfunction happens with the silver product and also behavior with their customer. So if you want to buy silver jewelry, I will suggest you to buy it from other authentic stores outside where you can get appropriate price for the silver even when you resell or exchange it for other silver products.
I'm saying this cause I had 1st hand experience with their bad behavior, other people might have other opinions too. My silver ring broke when I tried wearing it at home and when I wanted it to be repaired they said they couldn't and when I wanted to exchange it for other rings they asked exorbitant price.I had a very bad experience there
