★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very difficult to change bus for other Bus Terminal for going Punjab,UP, Harayana and others state. Old consept one city one Bus Terminal is best for convenience of long route passenger's. Before Anand vihar Terminal ISBT Kasmeery Gate is best Terminal. A good connection from here to railway station and local DTC Bus at walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I boarded this bus for Delhi to Agra.
I had to stop before a 20 minutes distance from Govindpur,Mathura and it takes 4hours to reach there.
But to my shock,it took the bus almost 6hours to reach there.
It was because Sarai kale khan although a government based isbt FUNCTIONS LIKE A PRIVATE AGENCY ISBT!!
It kept on waiting for passengers at every stop like in ballabgarh,it waited for maybe 25minutes,at palwel maybe another 20minutes and so.
They even drove the bus at a very slow speed and kept on searching for passengers to ride in.
As a result,i got late for my work and there's no enquiry committee to even check all these misdoings.
This is why i recommend you guys to not ride from this isbt(better to ride from kashmere gate isbt).
This buses will not run unless the bus is over-crowded with passengers.
All they care is the money,not your valuable time.
And yes,they won't refund you either in case you already paid for a trip but decided to get out halfway.
