★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the most renowned residential buildings in dumdum area. Location of the building is very inconvenient. After reaching at dumdum metro station the person have to take a auto to reach near the stoppage. From the stoppage the person needs to walk 5 minutes again. It is convenient for 4 wheeler cars to reach there. But for the people who travel in public transportation it is very difficult. There is lift in the appartment & ground floor car parking space. The roof top of the buildings are nice. The maintenance of the building is average. The flats are big size with 3 bedrooms on each flat. People can visit here to experience a good & airy environment.
