★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As far as the person sitting at reception is concerned...no professionalism at all. He was so careless that even after 2 different MRI tests (one of lumbar spine and another of knee) being clearly written on the Doctors prescription.. still that guy sent me only for one. I was in extreme pain, unable to walk or sit and because of that person's laxcity I had to come again for Knees MRI. Both my knees' meniscus was severely damaged.. Had 3rd grade in both and these people really dont care about one's condition. This 1 star is because of him.
