To the award winning restaurant. Excelled in Malvani food with delicious taste drooling. They have excelled in Fish fry Malvani style cooked meal. One of the hidden gems for sure and definitely recommended to all.
•Pomfret tawa fry:- Pomfret coated in suji and fried to perfection, with the covering on the outside to be super crispy and the fish to be tender and soft on the inside. Cooked with perfection to get your tastebuds going to the walk of heaven.
•Crab masala:- A good big size crab cooked with delicious coconut masala curry. It definitely had the malvani feel and made me go wow. I would recommend this to everyone.
•Prawns tawa masala:- Prawns cooked on tawa with the delicious masala curry. The curry was made with tomato and onions and I would definitely recommend this one to all.
•Wade:- Wade are the classic bread which is always had with the malvani food. This is the soul food of every Malvani person. These were definitely soft and had a crunchy feel and would recommend everyone to atleast give a try once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome and small non-vegetarian outlet located at Dadar. The place is really very nice they are basically famous for non-vegetarian and seafood as well.
I loved the place and the food as well. The food was really very nice and good in taste. I have take a parcle home. The food quality and quantity was really very nice and it was yummy. The food was lip smacking and delicious.
I have ordered.
1. Chicken Biryani
2. Mutton sukka
3. Tisri Masala (shell fish)
4. Chicken lollipop.
Over all food was really very awesome and the tisri Masala was really very nice in taste and try the shell fish was fresh and soft.
Mutton sukka was also very nice with dry gravy. Biryani was also good in taste with nice chicken pieces in it.
My overall experience was lit. I loved the packaging quality as well. The quality and quantity was maintained properly. Even the prices are also very reasonable.
Do order online on zomato or dine in at the restaurant.
Nice place to visit with your friends and family.
Nice place for seafood eaters.

Sarangaa a small cozy restaurant tucked in one of the corner of prabhadevi – Dadar. It is located at distance of 5 mins walk from Vijay Sales. I came across this restaurant through Instagram where one of my foodie friend Archita Baiju had posted a pic of Surmai Thali. Seafood craving brought me to sarangaa along with two of my all-time buddies. Sarangaa a is total value for money restaurant serving authentic Maharashtrian & Malvani flavours in starters, mains & desserts toooo...If I talk about the ambience it is pretty Simple but when there is a treasure of seafood served in front of you why would you look around isn’t it…? They do offer home delivery as well so if you have a gang of friends at home and want to host a party then Sarangaa is just a one call away from you. Place is quite small so don’t bring a dozen of people along with you as it might get congested. Service is quick by them but it might take a while for your dish to be ready but trust me it’s worth a wait. So we ordered the below mentioned items..
Food:
1>Bangda Thali – Comprises of a crunchy and crispy fresh Bangda rawa fry, Bangda Curry, Sol Kadhi, raita, coconut chutney, dried shrimps, rice bhakri, and rice. Well with the price mentioned for it I’m all over it…what else you want…after having the entire thali alone I was like next breakfast humse nah ho payega…
2>Saoji Chicken – Well I heard this name for the first time then my maharashtrian friend explained me about its origin which is from Nagpur. Damn first bite of it was spicy as hell the way it is meant to be no complains here. Chicken was properly cooked and marinated. Went well with rice bhakri.
3>Chicken Sukka Thali – Comprises of Chicken sukka, Chicken Curry, Sol Kadhi, raita, coconut chutney, wade and rice. Well my friend was hesitant to go for fish thali so he went up for chicken. Neverthless it gave us a variety of options for the dinner to feast on.
Food – 5/5
Service – 4/5
Ambience – 3/5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarangaa, place serves you authentic Malvani and sea food, located at prabhadevi.. This place is very near from Siddhivinayak temple. If you are looking for best authentic Malvani or Konkani sea food then Sarangaa is the place for you.
Talking about food we had Malvani Chicken Rassa juicy marinated chicken cooked in coconut gravy, Malvani masala I had this with vada.
Bangda Curry famous dish from konkan cost, cooked in coconut gravy, Malvani masala topped with coriander. Also had, Egg Biryani including all Indian Spices and boiled egg, it tastes really good.
Definitely satisfy your taste bud... Best place for authentic malvani food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently visited this wonderful and One of the best authentic Maharashtrian Food Restaurant in Prabhadevi, named Sarangaa.
This place is located near Siddhivinayak Mandir. Though the place is comparably small yet Ambience of this restaurant is simple and beautiful. Ambience of this place is very well decorated with Beautiful Furniture.

This place have clean and neat seating arrangement.
Staff is very friendly and services given by them are very fast. Staff is very helpful to choosing right dish. Sarangaa management and staff to take care of us..They have perfect combination of attractive wooden table and comfortable chairs which gives a great look to this place. Perfect place for family and food admiers
Must visit this place.
They serves Maharashtrian, Malvani and Chinese Food which tastes really yummy. maharashtrian food contain perfect mixture of spices, which is hevean for spice lovers.

Another very Delicious Surmai Fish Thali which contains Fried Big Surmai Fish, Fish Gravy, Rice, 4 wada or 2 Bhakari or 2 Chapati, sol khadi. tasted Yummy ??❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarangaa is an utter delight. Located at a secluded place opposite Siddhivinayak with a minimal seating. The place is great for family dinner and lunches. A must visit place if you want to enjoy delicious thalis.

This dish was humungous. The Fried Rawas was the highlight and went amazingly well with the chutney. The Bangda curry reminded me of home. They served four huge vade in this thali with my favorite solkadhi and salad. My mum's favorite thali ❤️
?Chicken Thali ❤️
I tried the chicken thali. It was huge. The portion is pretty heavy for a single person. The chicken curry was spicy and tasty. The other gravy served went very well with my bhakaris. I enjoyed having solkadhi with rice and chicken gravy.
?Chicken Chilli Dry ❤️?
Although the place is known for its Malvani food. The chicken chilli was surprisingly amazing. The chicken was succulent and the sauces were just perfect.
I really enjoyed my lunch. Sarangaa is a gem hidden near Siddhivinayak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ran into this super amazing restaurant during noon time. The food was tasty. Had ordered mutton thali (wade/bhakris, mutton sukha, mutton gravy, rice, salad & solkadi), chicken sukha with wade and solkadi. They also have fish varieties. A must try and its recognised by times of India.
