They call me for an interview(I m PGT) between 9am to 9.30am.
I reached by 9.10am...
Security guard told me
Wait outside
He didn't even allow me to enter the gate
He told me that i will send ur massage to office
I asked him did u guys treat all the teachers same....?
To stand outside the gate....
He replied rudely .....sir this is management order.....
I felt like wow.......
After 20 min he allow me to enter....
I hv never ever seen this type of management
No respect for teachers.......
