★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Except for the design of certain houses there's nothing great about this apartment.
As a matter of fact, the downsides are too many to even consider.
1. Horribly designed basement parking. You wouldn't know which is the parking space and which is the drive way. Unless you're an expert driver who can get your vehicle in and out of any nook and corner, you'll definitely get your car scratched. Also, if you own an SUV then you're forced to park under the sun.
2. The entrance of the apartment is unbearably small that is held by steel pillars. If you are to move in, you better get ready for strenuous work.
3. The swimming pool is awkwardly built right in the middle of the building that overlooks the entrance. Unless you're playing "truth or dare", you wouldn't want to get into that pool.
4. There's no visitor's parking space for such a big apartment. You're forced to park by the main road. If you're planning to stay overnight, it'll be a whole new level of anxious night, as the road is quite secluded.
5. There's an SBI bank and ATM inside the apartment complex. Which means "stranger danger" throughout the day and you can't let your kids play in the lawn as it is directly opposite to the bank.

The parking is another mystery which no one can solve. The design was laid in 18th century. Folks who don't keep car insurance you have been warned. The car will get scratches while parking here. The pillars restrict you to take out your car and if you have SUV good luck. You need to keep your big vehicle outside in harsh weather conditions.
Also the swimming pool is a big mess. I see a lot of stuff falling into it and deem it unfit for use. All and all if you do not own a vehicle and are not lured in by a fake and unusable swimming pool then only take your chances here.
