★ ★ ★ ★ ★ मी भावना नितीन कोल्हटकर. दोन वर्षांपूर्वी योगसाधना वर्ग सुरू केला. सर्व आसने, प्राणायाम. सौ लिमये मॅडम यांनी करुन घेतले. याचा उपयोग सर्व शरीरावर फारच छान दिसत होता. प्रतिकार शक्ती वाढली आहे. आता तर रोज काही योगासने केल्या शिवाय चैनच पडत नाही. दिवसभर फ्रेश वाटतं.
 I feel Nitin Kolhatkar. Started a yoga class two years ago. All asanas, pranayama. Made by Mrs. Limaye Madam. Its use looked great all over the body. Resistance is increased. Now you can't relax without doing some yoga every day. Feels fresh all day.
